CLEBSCH Originally from the Bay Area, Luke Clebsch has been a Big Island resident for over 8 years and has been a successful mortgage planner and real estate investor for over 4 years. His professional achievements include being designated a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and Carlton Sheet's Millionaire Elite. Luke is dedicated to continually educating himself with investments into resources like the Mortgage Mastery Club, Mortgage Market Guide, Building Champions, Wealth Intelligence Acadamy, and the Mortgage Coach software. He sits on the Board of Directors of Hawaiian Paradise Park in Puna and the Fairway Villas AOAO in Waikoloa, and is very active in his church. Luke is committed to his beloved wife of 7 years, and their daughter. Spending time with them is his top priority and favorite pastime. He is also an accomplished musician. lot of opportunities. The only thing
that was holding me back was my attitude
condemning my thought life to mediocrity.
Reliving from my past; listening to
negative words like, "it's too expensive," "it's
a rough world we live in," or "in this
generation both you and your spouse
have to provide income." What seems
to make natural sense was actually
stopping me from dreaming bigger. I
had to renew my mind, because what
I conceive on the inside is what I
can have on the outside. The barrier
is in your mind. It's not your lack
of talent that prevents you from prospering.

Joy Gillette has lived in Hilo for over 10 years and has been in the mortgage business for over 2 years. “It all started when I refinanced my own home and felt completely lost in the mortgage process. After a few years of watching the real estate industry and doing lots of reading about it, I decided to get into mortgages to help others through the mortgage process. My goal is to ensure the process is smooth, stress-less and to fit each client’s short and long-term goals for building wealth.” Joy spent 8 years of her childhood in Japan the rest of it in California, and has found Hawaii to be well-suited to her lifestyle. In her free time, she loves to mountain bike, kayak and spend time with her husband and friends. |

JOEY PAGAN Originally from the Bronx this New York native, thanks to his lovely wife Ardena, is now a permanent resident of the Big Island. After serving as a Military Police Officer for over 7 years in the U.S. Army, Joey found a new passion in Mortgage Planning and Wealth Building, after learning how to make his mortgage work harder for him and his family instead of having to work hard to make his mortgage. One of his many goals is to lead by example when teaching financial literacy and showing that with proper mortgage planning you will have the opportunity to reach all of your own financial dreams and aspirations. You will find that Joey is as dedicated to serving his clients as he was to serving our country. |

I recently moved to the Island and was given the opportunity to work with the great team at Trinity Financial. I love what I’m doing , and the team here is one of the best. Everyone is focused on working together to help our customers reach their greatest potential. My own experience includes several years of office work in a variety of different situations, however, my favorite by far has been loan processing, which is what I did my last 2 years in Boston before moving here . Being born and raised in Boston has taught me that friendliness, helpfulness and caring are things to appreciate, and I experience that everyday with the Trinity team. I have five wonderful children and now five gorgeous grandchildren. My life has been hectic and crazy but I wouldn't have missed any of it. I am happy to have found a home here with the professionals at Trinity Financial. I am becom ing an integral part of the team in their quest to make people's lives better by helping them achieve their dreams. |

BOB BINDT I have been in the finance business in one aspect or another since 1981. I have served in many different capacities and have learned many lessons and strategies for helping people realize their dreams in life. Most of my life was spent in the San Francisco Bay area of California. My formative years, until the age of 13, were spent in Berkeley. Some of my fondest memories are the many years I spent in Scouting - 24 to be exact. I would like to believe that I helped a lot of youngsters to become stronger and more capable people by my influence. At this time in my life Trinity is the perfect place for me. I am happy being a part of this great team and would like to continue for a long time. The people of Trinity are dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and dreams as well as becoming better and more informed people themselves in the process.
